Bungy Jumping
New Zealand is the home of bungy. Give yourself a massive dose of adrenalin, and throw yourself off a bridge or platform high above the ground with legs attached to a rubber band. The biggest challenge is to overcome your fear and do it!

Anybody can give it a go, strap a rubber band to your ankles and take a daredevil leap from a platform and experience the incredible ground rush. This has long been a traditional and cultural activity in Vanuatu, however, Kiwis have taken it to a new extreme. In the 1980's, AJ Hackett started the world's first commercial bungy operation in Queenstown. This involved a 43 metre jump from the Kawarau Bridge. The latest bungy sensation is the Nevis Highwire bungy at 134 metres high, and suspended over a canyon.

Cycle Touring
Biking is undoubtedly one of the best ways to explore New Zealand. The mild climate makes it ideal for cycling all the year round, though it’s a good idea to protect yourself against the strong sun during the summer months. You’ll find it easy and inexpensive to hire a bike and a helmet for just a few hours, a whole day or long term and explore at your own pace. There are many recommended routes that are rich in wildlife, scenically diverse, tranquil and historic.
